Part 3: Four Simple Rules and How to Apply Them

    From the beginning of the 4th day past the Peak until the end of the cycle, intercourse is available every day at any time.

  • Session 3: Rules for Achieving and Postponing Pregnancy

    Length: 3 minutes
    For a couple wishing to postpone pregnancy, the early day rules are applied, then, once Peak is identified, the Peak Rule applies. For a couple wishing to achieve pregnancy, the early day rules are applied, intercourse is postponed until the woman feels slippery sensation, and then intercourse occurs over the time of slippery sensation and for one to two days after.
